Cancel or Change your cruise, flight, hotel, vacation rental, or tour booking

We know things come up and plans change. 

No matter what is happening in your life, we are here to help!

We sell travel that is refundable & non-refundable. Depending on your purchase choices, the terms and conditions of your offer or travel deal, and the timing of your change or cancellation, you may or may not be entitled to a refund, or travel credit, or responsible for a change fee. Please check the terms of your purchase. We always recommend travel insurance as well. If you have purchased Travel Insurance, please refer to those terms. We are happy to help. 

Change of plans? We love it when we can say “No problem!” We make it easy to cancel most bookings, especially within the first 24 hours. Whether you’ll get money back depends on the type of booking you made and how close you are to check-in.

How to make a change or cancel most bookings

Don’t see an option to cancel? That might mean your booking is either too close to check-in or non-refundable. In either case, you won’t be able to cancel online. Instead, get in touch with us and we’ll take care of it for you. Just keep in mind that the hotel, airline, or tour operator may charge a fee.

How to cancel your vacation rental

Most vacation rentals work a little differently than regular hotels. You’ll have to get ahold of your property manager to cancel. You can find their contact info in your itinerary – they will help you.

For Advertising & Listing Clients

Need to make a change to your listing or advertising with us? We love to say “NO PROBLEM.” As your needs change, we love to respond. 

Most of our listing & display ad packages are month-to-month. There is generally no commitment beyond the current month. Your change will take effect at your next billing cycle. Please note that you may lose your placement seniority, which may have inherent value, when making a change. Also, some services, features, and benefits may be lost such as participation in special offers, cross-platform campaigns, & concierge consulting. In addition, if you are receiving promotional pricing, you may lose your discount when making a change. Please see your agreement for details or contact us with questions. We are here to help you get the most 

Note: If you have a long term contract with us, which is typical of additional services such as full consulting, ad agency representation, market or campaign management, ad production, & placement contracts, please refer to that separate contract, which may supersede this policy & guide. 

We love it when you expand & upgrade. These are our favorite kinds of changes. In most cases, listing & display ad changes, whether upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling, can happen easily through your online portal. Expanding into other markets, or cross-platform in other networks or special marketing partnerships may require working directly with one of us. Just reach out to your representative or contact us at team@travelsolutions.US if your advertising solution isn’t clearly available on the portal. We are here for you.  

In most cases, it is easy to change or cancel your listing or advertising package with us through your online portal. If you have any trouble, just reach out to us via email at team@travelsolutions,US. We will reply within 72 hours. No pressure. No problem. Please make sure to get a reply confirming receipt of your email with further guidance. 

For Merchandise & Product Customers

Selling merchandise & products is just a side part of what we do, and we  love to take care of our clients in everything we do. Therefore, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on almost anything you purchase from us.  

If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise or product purchase, you may return it within 30 days, in new condition in its original packaging. Please contact us at team@travelsolutions.US for a Return Authorization Code, and return instructions, for a full refund. 

If there are any exceptions to our 30-day full refund policy, it will be clearly described before making your purchase.
